Dr. Nancy McMahon, Au.D., recently received the SLHS Department’s 2026 Distinguished Alumna Award.

 

From the UConn Speech and Hearing Clinic: “Through her leadership and dedication to the field of audiology, Dr. McMahon has made a lasting impact on countless students, clinicians, and patients. As Clinic Director of the UConn Speech and Hearing Clinic for the better half of the last decade, she has helped shape the next generation of professionals while advancing compassionate, patient-centered care.”

 

Dr. McMahon also served as faculty lead for Alumni Community Engagement, working on alumni outreach projects and events.
