A Sweet End to CLAE Spring Session

We celebrated the conclusion of this spring’s Collaborative Learning and Academic Engagement (CLAE) program with a delightful ice cream social, open to all undergraduate students in the Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences (SLHS) program. It was a beautiful sunny day filled with chocolate and vanilla ice creams and a variety of toppings.

CLAE Purpose: For new students in SLHS, CLAE bridges knowledge gaps and pairs mentees with mentors to navigate academics, research, and community involvement successfully. Mentees earn 1 credit, while mentors gain 2 credits and enhance leadership skills.

Thank you to everyone who participated this semester! Stay tuned for more on how you can join us next spring.
